The foremost requirement to return a product is an RMA with an RMA# Otherwise, no processing will be done with regard to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be undamaged and in the original packing. The used, opened or poor conditioned item(s) or product(s) will not be refunded.
All returns are subjected to a restocking fee of 15% and outbound postage will not be refunded.
Unopened and brand new products may be returned within 30 days of your product(s) shipping’s date.
The charges like shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Defective Products:
All defective products (after receiving an RMA#) may be returned within 15 days from the shipment’s date. The whole product should be returned even if a part of the product is defective. In this case, all manuals, accessories must also be returned. It must also be in original packing. In case of non-compliance with the mentioned conditions, there will be up to 20% restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if you choose to return a defective unit for refund.
Please ensure that the serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers and manufacturer seals are not removed, tampered or altered. Warranty is voided in case of mishandling, improper use or defacing of the product.
